Owner Bob Bilotti & his wife Ann created B & B Security Systems in 1995.

" While first starting out in the alarm industry I learned early on that customer service was a top priority in creating the proper relationship between company & customer. As time went on I found customer service was set aside by many companies in favor of mass installations. This sacrificed the quality of installation as well as customer service. Since I did not agree with this philosophy I left the company I was working for and decided to start my own company. Now I can offer my customers “Quality systems at reasonable rates."

By specializing in the residential and small commercial applications this allows us to keep our focus on quality customer service, always keeping in mind that our customers are the reason for our business.

We offer a variety of installations and services including security alarms, fire alarms, closed circuit television, as well as other types of security related devices. Systems are professionally installed by fully licensed and insured technicians following both Connecticut and National Electrical codes as well as following industry standards. We can also provide service, additions and monitoring to most existing systems.  

We monitor our customers alarm systems utilizing a UL (Underwriters Laboratory) listed, state of the art 24-hour central monitoring facility. As an alarm owner you should want to be monitored by a UL listed facility since they have to meet or exceed UL Standards as well as being inspected by UL to assure those standards are met and maintained.

In home security evaluations and estimates are provided free of charge. We will leave a written proposal allowing you ample time to review the information so that you can make an informed decision at your leisure. We are members of the Connecticut & Alarm Systems Integrators Association, National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association, the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau, Connecticut.
